摘 要:选用超支化有机硅和氯乙酸钠为原料,对超支化有机硅进行阴离子改性合成一种新的整理剂,该整理剂可与染色同浴。研究了反应物质的量比、时间、温度对整理剂接枝率的影响。探究了整理剂用量对织物K/S值、手感、干/湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度的影响。结果表明,优化的整理剂合成条件为:n(超支化有机硅)∶n(氯乙酸钠)=1∶10,温度70℃,时间4 h。将合成的整理剂与染色同浴,织物手感提高1~2级,干摩擦牢度基本不变,湿摩擦牢度提升约1级;整理剂质量浓度在5 g/L时,具有颜色增深效果。With super-branched silicone and sodium chloroacetate as raw materials, an anionic new fin- ishing agent is synthesized and can be used in dyeing at the same bath. The influence of reaction molar ratio, time and temperature on grafting degree is studied. The influence of the dosage of finishing agent on K/S value, hand feeling, color fastnesses to dry/wet rubbing and soaping of the fabric is investigated. The results show that the optimum synthesis conditions are: n(hyperbranched silicone)/n(sodium chloro- acetate)=1: 10, temperature 70℃, time 4 h. With the synthesized finishing agent, dyeing of cotton fabric is carried out at the same bath, the hand feel of the fabric can improve by 1-2 grade, color fastness to dry rubbing is basically the same, color fastness to wet rubbing can increase by about1 grade, as well as color deepening effect can be obtained with 5 g/L finishing agent.
