摘　　要：介绍了上色烂花面料的前处理和烂花工艺流程,包括预定形、拉毛、烫光、定形,烂花加工的工艺配方、花辊的雕刻、烂花浆的制备和化料,以及后整理的工艺及要点。结合生产实际,分析了加工中出现的刀线、拖色和花型不对称等问题的原因,并提出解决方案。The pre-treatment and technological processes of burnt-out warp knitting flannelette fabrics are introduced, including pre-setting, galling, lustring and setting, meanwhile, the formulations of burnt- out process, carving technologies of roller, preparation of burnt-out paste and the technical essentials of finishing are introcuced. Combined with production practice, the problems such as decolor lines, stain- ing and pattern asymmetry are analyzed and the solutions are presented.
