雷火灸联合超短波治疗膝关节骨关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察雷火灸联合超短波治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效。方法:对我院收治的120例膝关节骨性关节炎的病例,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例,两组均采用常规超短波治疗,治疗组配合雷火灸治疗,每日1次,7次为1个疗程,每个疗程治疗结束后休息2 d,连续治疗2个疗程。结果:参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中痹证的疗效判定标准,两组疗效比较:治疗组优良率95.72%,对照组组优良率70.10%,疼痛、关节屈伸度与日常生活能力进行比较,疼痛与日常生活能力两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合超短波治疗方案能有效缓解患者的疼痛,治疗效果优于单纯超短波治疗。Objective ：To observe the thunder fire moxibustion combined ultrashort wave curative effect for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ：In our hospital treated 120 cases of knee osteoarthritis,using random divided into treatment group of 60 cases,the control group of 60 cases,two groups all used conventional ultrashort wave therapy. The treatment group with thunder fire moxibustion therapy,once a day. 7 times for a period of treatment,2 days off after each course oftreatment. Then,continuous 2 course of treatment. Results ：With reference to the Chinese traditional medicine new drug clinical research guiding principle,the curative effect of treatment of decision criteria. Two groups of curative effect comparison. Excellent rate the treatment group was 94.70%,the control group was 72.20%,degree of pain,joint flexion and extension ability of the daily life,pain and daily life ability in the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Thunder fire moxibustion combined ultrashort wave therapy can effectively reduce the pain of patients,treatment effect is better than that of pure ultrashort wave therapy.
