应用改良Ashworth评价眼针配合舒筋方对痉挛模式改善观察

摘　　要：目的:应用改良Ashworth评价在现代康复运动疗法的基础上,配合眼针与局部中药方剂舒筋方外敷相结合,对脑血管病病人痉挛模式、患肢肌肉张力增高的治疗效果,为中西医结合治疗脑血管病患者肢体痉挛状态提供新的治疗手段和思路。方法:临床收集存在痉挛模式的脑血管病患者,采用康复运动疗法。并随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用眼针及舒筋方外敷治疗,对照组采用温针灸治疗。并在患者治疗前后,应用改良Ashworth对肢体肌肉张力的变化进行评分后进行统计学比较。结果:两组患者在治疗前Ashworth评级,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗后上、下肢Ashworth评级,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼针配合舒筋方外敷对脑血管病病人患肢肌肉张力增高的治疗效果显著。Objective ：Based on modern rehabilitation exercise therapy,applying modified Ashworth evaluation to evaluate effect of eye acupuncture combined with Shujin Decoction external application on treating cerebrovascular disease patients with spastic pattern,elevated muscle tone in affected limbs,in order to provide new treatment and train of thought for the treatment of spastic limbs of cerebral vascular patients with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods ：Collected patients with spastic pattern,treated with rehabilitation exercise therapy,randomly divided into two groups ：the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture and Chinese herbal prescription（Shujin Decoction）for external application;The control group was treated with needle warming moxibustion. Before and after treatment,modified Ashworth was used to score the changes of muscle tension in the limbs and compared by statistics. Results ：There was no significant difference in Ashworth rating between the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）,after treatment,difference of Ashworth rating of upper and lower extremities was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Effect of eye acupuncture combined with ShujinDecoction external application on treating cerebrovascular disease patients with spastic pattern,elevated muscle tone in affected limbsis remarkable.
