养心汤加减对气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎患者cTnⅠ及hs-CRP影响

摘　　要：目的:观察养心汤加减对气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎患者肌钙蛋白I(cTnⅠ)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及心功能的影响。方法:选取60例符合试验标准的病毒性心肌炎患者,采用随机的方法分为对照组、治疗组各30例。前者给予临床常规治疗,后者采用临床常规治疗联合中药养心汤加减的方法进行治疗,疗程2周,观察两组患者总疗效率、中医证候总积分、cTnⅠ、hs-CRP、心功能及安全性指标的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的60.00%,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候总积分、cTnⅠ、hs-CRP及心功能明显改善,且治疗组治疗后cTnⅠ、hs-CRP、心功能及中医证候总积分与对照组相比,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:养心汤加减治疗气阴两虚型病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective ：To observe the effect of Yangxin Decoction on viral myocarditis of Qi and Yin deficiency type patients with cardiac troponin I（cTnⅠ）and high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP）effect. Methods ：60 patients with viral myocarditis who met the test criteria were selected and divided into control group and treatment group with each group of 30 cases. The former received routine clinical treatment method,which uses clinical routine treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine YangxinDecoction for treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,to observe the changes of two groups of patients before and after treatment the total treatment efficiency,TCM syndrome score,cTnⅠ,hs-CRP,cardiac function and safety indicators. Results ：The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.67%,higher than 60% in the control group,the difference between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）;hs-CRP and two groups of heart function,cTnⅠ,the total score of TCM symptoms improved significantly after treatment,and the treatment group after treatment,cTnⅠ,hs-CRP,cardiac function and TCM symptom total score compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The therapeutic effect of Yangxin Decoction in the treatment of viral myocarditis of Qi and Yin deficiency type is significant,worthy of promotion.
