菊明颗粒配合耳穴贴压及头推治疗1级高血压病临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:运用中医药综合疗法治疗1级高血压病,评价中医药综合疗法治疗1级高血压病的临床疗效。方法:选择30~65岁1级高血压病阴虚阳亢型患者作为研究对象,采用随机对照设计方法,4组对照组分别予耳穴贴压、头部推拿、菊明颗粒以及中医药综合方法干预。结果:4组患者降压疗效总有效率从高到低排序为:综合治疗组(75%)、菊明颗粒组(60%)、耳穴贴压组(45%)、头部推拿组(40%);症状疗效总有效率从高到低的排序为:综合治疗组(82.5%)、菊明颗粒组(65%)、头部推拿组(55%)、耳穴贴压组(47.5%)。结论:中医药综合组较其他治疗组对患者有更明显降压疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状。Objective ：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TCM combined therapy in treating 1 grade hypertension by using TCM comprehensive therapy for grade 1 hypertension. Methods ：30-65 grade 1 hypertension hyperactivity patients as the research object,randomized control design method,four groups of control group were treated with auricular point sticking,head massage,Juming Particles and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention method. Results ：Each group of patients with total effective rate from high to low order ：comprehensive treatment group（75%）,Juming Particles group（60%）,auricular point group（45%）,head massage group（40%）. Conclusion ：Compared with other treatment group,TCM group has more obvious antihypertensive effect,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.
