远红外频谱照射治疗烧伤创面疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨远红外频谱治疗对烧伤创面愈合的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:采用前瞻性研究的方法,对我科自2016年1月—2016年7月收治的60例烧伤患者采用常规治疗联合远红外频谱治疗烧伤创面作为观察组,不使用红外治疗60例患者为对照组,对两组的疗效进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组创面疼痛、局部感染发生率、创面愈合时间、抗生素使用时间、住院天数进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:远红外频谱照射作为物理治疗烧伤创面具有减轻患者痛苦、易操作、耐受性好等特点,是一种有效治疗烧伤创面的辅助手段。Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy of far infrared spectrum irradiation in treating burn wounds. Methods ：By using the method of prospective study,120 burn patients were randomized into observation group and control group by their visit sequence,60 cases in each group. The observation group was given conventional treatment and far infrared spectrum therapy. The control group was only intervened by conventional treatment. The therapeutic efficacy was compared after successive 14-day treatment for the two groups. Results ：The wound pain,local infection rate,wound healing time,antibiotics use time,hospitalization time were significantly different between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：As a method of physical therapy,far infrared ray radiation can relieve patients＇ pain. It is an easy operation and has good tolerance. It is an effective auxiliary means for the treatment of burn wounds.
