柴芩承气汤治疗急性轻症胰腺炎护理效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨柴芩承气汤在治疗急性轻症胰腺炎护理中的效果观察。方法:将2014年11月—2016年11月在我院消化内科治疗的100例急性轻症胰腺炎患者随机分为两组,两组均给予西医常规治疗并配合综合护理,在此基础上,对照组采用口服柴芩承气汤加床旁超导治疗,观察组采用柴芩承气汤口服加灌肠联合超导治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、症状改善时间、各项炎性因子改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为94%,显著高于对照组的82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、排便恢复时间、住院时间、AMS恢复时间、WBC恢复时间、CTSI缓解值均较对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、PAF明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴芩承气汤在治疗急性轻症胰腺炎护理中应用效果显著,有效改善肠道功能,减轻全身及局部炎性反应,加速疾病康复,具有积极的临床意义。Objective ：To investigate the effects of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction in the nursing treatment of mild acute pancreatitis. Methods ：100 patients with acute mild pancreatitis in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,the two groups were given routine treatment of Western medicine combined with comprehensive care,on this basis,the control group with oral administration of Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with bedside superconducting therapy,the observation group using Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction combined with enema combined with superconducting therapy,compared the two groups with treatment effect,symptom improvement time,the improvement of inflammatory factors,nursing effect. Results ：The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The observation group remission time of abdominal distention,abdominal pain relief time,recovery time of bowel sounds,bowel recovery time,hospitalization time,AMS recovery time,WBC recovery time,CTSI value of remission were significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;The IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,TNF-and PAF in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：It is of great clinical significance to improve the intestinal function,reduce the systemic and local inflammatory response and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
