广东西藏小型猪血液生理生化指标的分析

摘　　要：为了探究4月龄广东西藏小型猪血液生理生化指标的特性,试验采用全自动血液分析仪、全自动生化免疫分析仪对38头广东西藏小型猪(♂20、♀18)血液中24项生理指标和18项生化指标进行了测定。结果表明:4月龄广东西藏小型猪雌性与雄性的生理指标比较,血小板总数、平均血小板体积、大血小板比率、血小板压积差异极显著(P<0.01),嗜碱性粒细胞绝对值差异显著(P<0.05);雌性与雄性的生化指标比较,肌酐和磷等指标含量差异显著(P<0.05),总胆固醇含量差异极显著(P<0.01);其他生理生化指标性别间差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明性别对西藏小型猪的部分生理生化指标有影响,对其他大多数指标的影响不显著(P>0.05)。To study the characteristics of blood physiological and biochemical indexes of 4 - month - old Tibetan miniature pigs in Guangdong province, automatic blood analyzer and automatic biochemical immunoassay were employed in this experiment in determining 24 physiological in- dexes and 18 biochemical indexes of 38 Tibetan miniature pigs （ ♂20,♀ 18 ）. The results showed that there were very significant differences in physiological indexes including total number of platelets, mean platelet volume, platelet large cell ratio and plateletcrit of 4 - month - old Tibetan miniature pigs between the female and the male （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; significant differences exsisted in absolute values of basophilie granulocytes （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Among biochemical indexes between the female and the male, there were significant differences in the contents of creatinine and phos- phorus （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; very significant differences exsisted in total cholesterol（ P 〈 0. O1 ）. There was no significant difference in other physiological and biochemical indexes（ P 〉0.05 ）. The results suggested that the gender had an effect on part of physiological and biochemical indexes of Ti- betan miniature pigs,with no significant difference in other most indexes （ P 〉 0. 05 ）.
