摘  要:为了研究茶树油(TTO)对5种常见致病菌的体外抑菌活性,试验采用超临界二氧化碳萃取法、牛津杯抑菌圈试验、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)试验和悬液定量杀灭试验对茶树油的抑菌活性进行了研究。结果表明:超临界二氧化碳萃取得到的茶树油含量为0.6 g,收率为0.15%;牛津杯抑菌圈试验结果显示,茶树油对5种常见致病菌均有一定的抑菌效果,且整体呈现出浓度依赖性;大肠埃希菌和白色葡萄球菌的MIC为1.0%,金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌的MIC分别为1.2%、1.4%、2.0%。茶树油对大肠埃希菌和绿脓杆菌的杀灭效果最强,2.0%的茶树油对绿脓杆菌、大肠埃希菌的杀灭时间为30 min;茶树油对金黄色葡萄菌和白色葡萄球菌的杀灭效果次之,3.5%的茶树油对白色葡萄球菌的杀灭时间为120 min,4.0%的茶树油对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭时间为30 min;茶树油对白色念珠菌的杀灭效果最差,杀灭浓度高达15.0%且作用时间长达150 min。说明茶树油是一种有良好抗菌活性的天然产物,具有广阔的开发利用价值。The aim of the present study was toidentify the antibacterial activity of tea tree oil on five kinds of common pathogens in vitro. The an- timicrobial activity of the tea tree oil wasidentifiedby using supercritical carbon dioxide extraction method, Oxford cup method, minimum inhibi- tory concentration (MIC) determination and suspension quantitative germicidal test. The results showed that the amount of tea tree oil was 0.6 g by supercritieal carbon dioxide extraction. The yield of the method was 0.15%. The Oxford cup bacteriostatic ring test results of thetea tree oilshowed that there were some antibacterial effecton the fivecommon pathogenic bacteria, and showed aconcentration dependent. The MIC of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 1.0% , respectively. The MIC of Staphylococcus aareus, Candida albicaus and Pseudomonas ae^ginosa were 1.2% , 1.4% and 2.0% , respectively. The killing effect of tea tree oil on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the strongest. The killing time of 2.0% tea tree oil was 30 min. The killing effect of tea tree oil on Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus al- buswas worse than that of the Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The killing time of 3.5% tea tree oil on Staphylococcus albus was 120 min, and 4.0% tea tree oil on Staphylococcus aureus was 30 min. The killing effect of tea tree oil on Candida albicans was the worst. The killing concentration was up to 15.0% and the action time was up to 150 min. The results indicated that the tea tree oil was a natural product with good antibacterial activity and hadanextensive development and utilization value.
