摘  要:纳罗克非洲狗尾草(Setaria sphacelata cv.Narok)是热带、亚热带地区优良的牧草兼地被植物,但其种子休眠程度深。为探讨田间埋藏对纳罗克非洲狗尾草种子生理生化指标的影响,以新收获的纳罗克非洲狗尾草净种子为对照(CK),将种子以0、5、10、15cm的埋深埋藏于田间,每隔2个月测定1次其SOD、POD、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、内源激素等生理生化指标,结果表明:随着埋藏时间的延长,种子的SOD、POD活性、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;内源激素ZR、IAA含量呈现整体下降趋势;GA3、ABA含量下降到一定程度(埋藏8个月)后趋于稳定。Setaria sphacelata cv. Narok is one of excellent tropical and subtropical forages and ground plants. But its seeds have deep dormancy. To find out the effect of buried depth and time in the field on physio - biochemical indexes of Setaria sphacelata ev. Narok seeds, contrasting with the net seeds of the new harvest, the seeds were buried in the field in depth of0ctn, 5cm, 10cm and 15cm and the chan- ges of the physiological and biochemical indexes of SOD, POD, soluble sugar, soluble protein and endogenous hormone were determined evel two months. The resuhs showed that SOD, POD activity, the soluble sugar and soluble protein content of the seeds showed the tenden- cy of decreasing after increasing with buried time going. The contents of seed endogenous hormones (ZR, IAA) showed a gelerally deere sing trend. GA3 and ABA declined to a certain extent (with buried 8 months) to stabilize.
