摘  要:目的研究医院新生儿轮状病毒感染流行病学,为疾病治疗提供指导。方法收集781例2014-2016年新生儿腹泻患者病例标本,采用清洁灭菌的青霉素小瓶,收集各新生儿新鲜大便2~4g,-20℃保存待检。粪便样品HRV PAGE阳性者即为新生儿轮状病毒感染。结果 781例新生儿患者中检出轮状病毒感染患儿246例,检出率31.50%,其中2014年检出率为23.35%(39/167),2015年33.46%(87/260),2016年33.90%(120/354)。2014-2016年的春、夏、秋、冬四季轮状病毒检出率分别为28.78%(59/205)、34.22%(64/187)、36.50%(73/200)和26.46%(50/189);2014年四季的轮状病毒检出率分别为17.39%、28.00%、27.78%和20.00%,2015年分别为32.84%、36.23%、35.29%和28.57%,2016年分别为31.52%、36.76%、40.63%和27.55%。2014-2016年男性患儿轮状病毒检出率为31.49%(142/451),女性为31.52%(104/330);2014年男、女性患儿的轮状病毒检出率分别为23.08%和23.68%,2015年分别为32.03%和35.51%,2016年分别为34.78%和32.65%。2014-2016年医院早期新生儿的轮状病毒检出率为35.93%(143/398),晚期新生儿的轮状病毒检出率为26.89%(103/383);2014年分别为26.39%和21.05%,2015年分别为35.61%和31.25%,2016年分别为39.69%和26.88%。结论 2014-2016年新生儿轮状病毒的感染率呈逐年上升趋势。秋季检出率最高,男性患儿与女性患儿感染率较接近,早期新生儿感染率较低。临床应高效预防感染发生并及时开发有效疫苗,为疾病治疗提供指导。Objective To investigate the epidemiology of rotavirus infecting neonates in this Hospital to guide treatment of that virus. Methods Samples were collected from 781 neonates with diarrhea from 2014-2016.Two to 4g of fresh feces were collected from neonates using vials sterilized with penicillin and samples were stored at-20 ℃ for testing.Patients with PAGE results that were positive for HRV were deemed to be neonates who were infected with a rotavirus. Results Of 781 neonates,246were infected with a rotavirus.Rotavirus was detected at a rate of 31.50%.Rotavirus was detected at a rate of 23.35%(39/167)in 2014,33.46%(87/260)in 2015,and 33.90%(120/354)in 2016.The rate at which rotavirus was detected in the spring,summer,autumn,and winter was 28.78%(59/205),34.22%(64/187),36.50%(73/200),and 26.46%(50/189).The rate at which rotavirus was detected in each season was17.39%in the spring,28.00%in the summer,27.78%in the autumn,and 20.00%in the winter of 2014,32.84%in the spring,36.23%in the summer,35.29% in the autumn,and 28.57% in the winter of 2015,and 31.52% in the spring,36.76%in the summer,40.63%in the autumn,and 27.55%in the winter of 2016.The rate at which rotavirus was detected in male pediatric patients was 31.49%(142/451)and that in female pediatric patients was 31.52%(104/330).Rotavirus was detected in male and female pediatric patients at rates of 23.08%and 23.68%in 2014,32.03%and35.51%in 2015,and 34.78% and 32.65%in 2016.Rotavirus was detected in early neonates at a rate of 35.93%(143/398)from 2014-2016 and in late neonates at a rate of 26.89%(103/383).Rotavirus was detected in early and late neonates at rates of 26.39% and 21.05%in 2014,35.61% and 31.25%in 2015,and 39.69% and 26.88%in 2016. Conclusion Neonates were increasingly infected with rotavirus from 2014-2016.Rotavirus was detected at the highest rate in the fall.Male and female patients had similar rates of infection,and early neonates had a lower rate of infection than late neonates.Efficient prevent of
