依巴斯汀联合卡介苗多糖核酸在荨麻疹中治疗效果及对血浆组胺水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨依巴斯汀联合卡介苗多糖核酸在荨麻疹中治疗效果及对血浆组胺水平影响。方法:将2014年3月~2016年4月我院门诊和住院部诊治的84例荨麻疹患者随机分为联合组和对照组,对照组给予依巴斯汀治疗,联合组在对照组基础上给予卡介苗多糖核酸治疗,比较两组疗效、治疗前后血浆组胺水平及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:联合组疗效显著高于对照组[95.24%vs.73.81%,P<0.05]。联合组治疗后血浆组胺水平相对对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。两组头晕头痛、嗜睡、口干、皮疹、胃肠不适、乏力等相关药物不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:依巴斯汀联合卡介苗多糖核酸治疗荨麻疹可有效降低血浆组胺水平,具有显著临床治疗效果和较高用药安全性。Objective：To investigate the effect of ebastine combined with bacillus calmette-guerin （BCG） polysaccharide nucleic acid on urticaria and the effect of plasma histamine. Method：Select 84 cases of urticaria patients in March 2014 -April 2016 in our hospital diagnosis and treatment, randomly divide them to study group and control group, adopt the Ebastine for curing the control group, and in addition to the control group, apply BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid for curing the study group, compare the two groups of patients in efficacy, plasma histamine levels before and after treatment and adverse drug reactions. Conclusion：The efficacy of the combined group was significantly higher in the control group [95.24% vs. 73.81% ,P〈0.05]. The level of plasma histamine in combination group was significantly improved compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of dizziness, drowsiness, drowsiness, dry mouth, rash, gastrointestinal discomfort and fatigue was not significant between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Result：Ebastine combined BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of urticaria can effectively reduce plasma histamine levels in patients, improve clinical efficacy, and does not increase the adverse drug reactions, with significant efficacy and higher drug safety.
