摘　　要：目的:对HIV感染产妇围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物进行合理性评价。方法:对144例HIV感染产妇的剖宫产围手术期进行研究,对基本情况、预防用药及感染情况等数据进行统计分析,以同期本院无高危因素的产妇作为对照。结果:研究组与对照组在年龄、出血量、切口感染上没有显著差异;在孕周、住院天数、感染、高热、血象异常等方面有显著差异;两组在围手术期抗菌用药强度上有显著差异。结论:我院HIV感染产妇围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物存在不合理之处,但临床对HIV感染产妇的围手术期抗菌药物使用达到了预防目的。Objective：To assess the reasonability of the HIV infected maternity patients＇ prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period. Methods：Set 144 maternity patients who infected HIV as research group, compared with those hospitaled without high risk factors in the same time, statistical analyze the data of the basic situation, prophylactic antibiotics and infection rate. Results： There were no significant difference between research group and control group on age, blood loss or incision infection rate; the gestational age, hospital day, infection rate, fever, and hemogram were show significant difference between two groups; there was significant difference on perioperative antimicrobial intensity between them. Conclusions：There were some irrationalities when HIV infected maternity patients were used antibiotics during perioperative period in our hospital, but prophylactic using of antibiotics achieve the purpose.
