摘  要:目的:探讨320排CT静脉造影及其不同后处理方法对观察枕窦的可靠性及临床价值。方法:本研究回顾性分析2014-2015年之间在我医院320排CT行头颅CTV检查的140例(其中男性82例,女性58例,年龄60±15岁)患者的影像学资料。分别应用VR和MPR技术对140例患者的枕窦进行观察,测量枕窦的直径,并统计其显示率。结果:枕窦直径值为3.32±1.96cm;单独使用VR时,140例患者中的29例(20.7%)的枕窦得到显示,而VR结合MPR使用时,77例(55%)的枕窦可被显示。不同性别的枕窦显示率没有显著差异(P>0.05),但50岁以上患者枕窦的显示率(59.3%)高于50岁以下的患者(40.6%),(P<0.05)。结论:320排CTV是一种显示枕窦解剖的可靠检查方法,VR结合MPR使用可以明显提高枕窦的显示率及细微解剖判断的准确性。Purpose: To observe the anatomy of occipital sinus (OS) by 320-detector CT venography (CTV) with VR and MPR post-processing technique. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the imaging data of 140 patients in our hospital from 2014 to 2015. All the patients were received CTV examination using 320-detector CT system. The OS was observed by VR and MPR technique respectively, and the display rate and diameter of the OS were assessed. Results: The diameter of the OS was 3.32±1.96cm. The OS was identified in 29 (20.7%) of the 140 patients by VR, while it was identified in 77 (55%) by combining VR and MPR. No significant difference was shown between different gender groups (P〉0.05). But the OS was observed more common in over 50 years age group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: 320-detector CTV is a reliable technique to display the anatomy of OS, and the combination of VR and MPR has more advantages in observing the OS.
