摘　　要：目的:探讨无缝隙护理模式在放射科应用的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2015年5月在我科初次行增强检查的患者400例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组及实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予无缝隙护理,比较两组患者的满意度、医护人员对患者检查配合满意度、检查配合欠佳率、单位时间检查患者数。对其进行效果评价。结果:两组护理服务满意度、医护人员对患者检查配合满意度、检查配合欠佳率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),单位时间检查患者数也有所提高。结论:应用无缝隙护理模式较普通护理模式有提高患者满意度、提高服务质量的良好效果。Purpose： To evaluate the application of seamless nursing model in radiology department. Methods： Four hundred patients who were undergone enhanced examination in our department from January 2015 to May 2015 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group. The control group received routine nursing, the experimental group was given seamless care. The patients＇ satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Satisfaction degree of patients＇ cooperate, poor cooperate rate, number of patients examed per unit time were also evaluated. Result： There were statistical significant differences of nursing service satisfaction, satisfaction degree of patients＇ cooperate, poor cooperate rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The number of patients examed per unit time was increased. Conclusion： The application of seamless nursing mode has better effect on improving patient satisfaction and improving service quality than general nursing model.
