新鲜全血在血液分析仪间比对及传递的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨新鲜全血在血液分析仪比对及传递的临床应用。方法:用HST-302流水线1号机血细胞分析仪作为参比检测系统,对非血液系统疾病门诊患者新鲜全血白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)和血细胞比容(HCT)进行定值,再用该血对HST-302流水线2号机进行比对校准,最后利用该定值新鲜全血在HST-302流水线1、2号机进行传递,Sysmex软件IPU有Cumulative累计功能,可保存检测结果,我们通过Cumulative即可随时监测仪器是否存在随机误差或系统误差。结果:通过新鲜全血对HST-302流水线1、2号机的比对,发现2台仪器一致性良好;新鲜全血传递可帮助我们及时发现仪器状态是否在控。结论:采用健康人新鲜全血比对校准后,提高了不同血液分析仪之间检测结果的一致性;同时利用新鲜全血在不同血液分析仪间进行传递是一种经济、实用和有效的措施,具有一定的临床可行性。Objective：To study the clinical application of comparison of hematology analyzer by using fresh whole blood transfer method.Method：Fresh whole blood samples from patients were measured by the No.1 hematology analyzer of the Sysmex HST-302 hematology analyzer assembly line which was selected as the reference analyzer.The results of WBC,RBC,HB,PLT and HCT were used to compare and calibrate the No.2 analyzer which belonged to the same assembly line.Transfer the fresh whole blood between two hematology analyzers,the deviation could be found in time.Result：The consistency was confirmed after comparison between two hematology analyzers.And the fresh whole blood transfer method could apply to internal quality control.Conclusion：Through calibration of correct deviation of the two analyzers by using fresh whole blood,the consistencies for different instruments are improved.It is an economical,practical and effective method for clinical application.
