摘　　要：针对机床主轴箱中齿轮传动消隙可靠性差及调整困难的问题,设计了新型齿轮自动消隙机构,实现了用液压自动进行间隙消除。有效降低了齿轮传动的噪音,提高了机床加工精度及切削的稳定性。About the trouble that the reliability with the gear drive to eliminate backlash is bad and the adjustment is difficult in the gear box of the machine,the new type auto-eliminate backlash institutions for gear was designed,the backlash can be eliminated automatically by hydraulic,not only effectively reduce the noise of gear transmission but also improve the machining precision and working stability.
