摘 要:为了降低热变形对液体静压导轨精度的影响,从而改善液体静压导轨的热态特性,建立了液体静压导轨系统的有限元仿真模型,并应用ANSYS软件分别对系统中的溜板和静导轨进行了自然对流条件下的热特性和热-结构耦合分析。对于静导轨部分,获得了溜板处于不同位置时的静导轨温度分布和热变形量;对于溜板部分,分析了溜板在匀速运动和变速运动方式下的温度分布和热变形量。仿真结果表明,需要采取一定措施来减小液体静压导轨在自然对流条件下的热变形。因此,提出了减小导轨系统热变形的合理措施,分别为强对流控制、恒温水冷却以及对直线电动机的冷却,并对各自的冷却效果进行了仿真计算。文章的工作对于同类型结构的热特性分析具有一定的参考意义。For the purpose of reducing the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the hydrostatic slide and improving its thermal characteristics,the finite element simulation model of the hydrostatic slide system is established in the paper. With ANSYS,the thermal characteristics and thermal-structure coupling analysis of the static slide in the case of natural convection are executed,as well as the slide carriage. As to the former,its temperature distribution and thermal deformation when the slide carriage is in different positions are derived. Also,as to the later,the same parameters are computed when it is in uniform motion and variable motion respectively. As the simulation results show,it needs to take measures to improve the thermal characteristics of the hydrostatic slide system in the case of natural convection. Therefore,reasonable measures to decrease the thermal deformation of the hydrostatic slide system is proposed,i. e. severe convection controlling,constant temperature water cooling and cooling of the linear motor,whose effects are simulated and computed respectively. The simulation analysis results are of valuable reference for the thermal characteristics analysis of the similar structures.
