摘 要:拖板作为轧辊磨床的重要组成部分,其动静态特性对加工精度和加工效率有着重大影响。针对拖板提出了一种以减重、改善动静态特性为目标的结构设计优化方法。通过建立有限元模型,从单元结构的角度对比了各种形状筋板的动静态性能,在选取N形筋板的基础上,综合三种拓扑优化结果对筋板布局和拖板尺寸进行优化。结果表明,优化结构质量减少6.64%,静刚度提高18.64%,一阶固有频率提高9.54%,在实际重力负载和存在磨削力的情况下,优化结构静刚度均有提高。The pallet is a significant component of roll grinder. The dynamic and static performance of pallet has great effects on the machining accuracy and processing efficiency. A method of structure design aiming at losing weight and improving dynamic and static performance based on topology optimization for structure design of pallet is presented. By building the finite element model,a comparison of dynamic and static performance among rib pallets of different shapes in unit structure is done. Based on the choice of N shape,a further optimization of layout and dimension of rib pallet is conducted considering three different topology optimization results. A comparison between the original structure and the optimization structure shows a reduction by 6. 64% of mass,an increase by 18. 64% of static stiffness and an increase by 9. 54% of first-order natural frequency. In the actual stress state and the state with grinding force,the static stiffness is increased in both cases.
