摘 要:物质-场和标准解是TRIZ中重要的问题分析和解决工具,为提高工程问题解决效率,以76个标准解为基础,利用每个标准解中隐含的物质-场模型改动特征的相似性对标准解进一步分类,避免一类物质-场模型对应几类标准解的情况,缩短寻找标准解的时间。将情景分解法与标准解法进行集成,能够准确寻找出需要解决或改进的问题环节,避免在不相关的问题上浪费时间。创建基于情景分解和相似性分类的标准解法流程,提高工程问题解决的效率和质量,利用液力变矩器涡轮生产线上辊铆机的设计实例验证流程的可行性。Substance-field and standard solutions are important problem analysis and resolution tools in TRIZ. In order to improve the efficiency of engineering problem solving,based on the 76 standard solutions,the standard solution is further classified by the similarity of the implied material-field model change feature in each standard solution,to avoid a class of material-field model corresponds to several types of standard solution,shorten the time to find the standard solution,integrate scenario decomposition with standard solution to accurately identify problems that need to be addressed or improved to avoid wasting time on irrelevant issues. The standard solution flow based on scenario decomposition and similarity classification is established to improve the efficiency and quality of engineering problem solving. The feasibility of the process is verified by the design example of roller riveting machine on the torque converter turbine production line.
