摘  要:阐述了大孔径数控管螺纹车床新型辅助支撑装置改进设计的必要性。通过对现有的辅助支撑装置的分析,为克服装置在工件加工旋转时因弯曲而与托辊产生的冲击和"别劲"现象,设计了新型浮动辅助支撑装置。经过受力分析、理论计算、反复试验和长期生产实践证明,该新型辅助支撑装置使用性能良好。在配合大孔径数控管螺纹车床加工长规格螺纹管时,工艺适应性强,加工效率高,废品率低,成品一致性好,降低了生产成本;且提高了刀具寿命,保证了数控管螺纹车床的正常运转。This article states the necessity of improvement on auxiliary support used for pipe-threading CNC lathe with large bore. Based on the analysis of former auxiliary support,the new floating auxiliary support is designed for overcoming the impact on and eccentricity with roller which are stemmed from bend of rotary part as being machined with former auxiliary support. The new auxiliary support has been identified with excellent usage performance after force analysis,theory calculation,and repeated and long-term practices as well. With this new auxiliary support,wide technology adaptation,efficient machining efficiency,low disqualification ratio and production cost,long service life of tools,and normal operation are firmly guaranteed.
