摘  要:在油田现场,备用泵常作为应急状态下的外输泵,一般情况下安装变频设备来减少对应急发电机的冲击,变频并联时管路特性的突变对工频泵的影响明显。在低频条件下运行,泵特性曲线趋陡,较低的调节阀开度时,尤其是在启泵过程中需关注定频泵的功率变化,避免过载;随着泵调节阀开度到达一定程度后,管路特性曲线变化很小,总排量基本变化不大。海外现场实践表明:在确定电动机功率和泵的情况下,配合调低频率和增加调节阀开度,优化设施运行工作制度,可增加并联运行条件的总排量;对于工业基础薄弱的国外油气田公司(如乍得),在上游油田产量突增,外输出现瓶颈情况下,可以采用以上手段挖掘已有设施潜力,尤其是输送潜力,避免大规模扩建和投资,最大限度地提高油田综合效益。In the oilfield site,the stand by pump is usually used as the outward transportation pump in emergency state.In general,the frequency device is installed to reduce the impact to the emergency generator.In frequency and parallel condition,the sudden change of line characteristics has great influence on the general pump.In low frequency condition,when the pump characteristic curve steepens and the opening of the control valve is low,especially during the pump starting process,the power change of the fixed frequency pump should be paid attention to, thus prevent overload; when the opening of the control valve reaches certain degree,the characteristic curve of the line should change slightly,and the overall displacement is not change much.The on-site practice oversea shows that after determining the electromotor power and the pump,reducing frequency,increasing the opening of the control valve and optimizing the operation and working system of the facility can increase the overall displacement in parallel operation condition. For oversea oil and gas fields with poor industrial base(like Chad Oilfield),production of the upstream oilfield increases sharply and the outward transportation has bottleneck.To solve these problems,above measures can be used to dig the potential of current facilities,especially the transportation potential,thus preventing large-scale expansion and investment and improving the comprehensive benefits of the oilfield as much as possible.
