摘  要:为实现机械相控阵列天线的波束扫描,采用永磁同步电机驱动螺旋天线单元转动来达到预定的辐射相位。为了优化永磁同步电机的位置伺服控制效果,研究前馈和微分负反馈对永磁同步电机控制性能的影响,以提高伺服控制的速度和精度。根据永磁同步电机控制系统的矢量控制原理,建立了基于Simulink的永磁同步伺服电机的位置闭环控制系统仿真模型,并在此基础上对增加前馈和微分负反馈的优化模型进行了仿真分析。仿真结果显示,所设计的伺服控制算法具有位置响应时间短、无超调、定位精度高等特点。In order to realize the beam scanning of the mechanical phased array antenna, the permanent magnet synchronous motor drives the spiral antenna unit to rotate to achieve the predetermined radiation phase. In order to optimize the servo position control effect of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and improve the speed and accuracy of servo control, the influence of feedforward and differential negative feed- back on the control performance of PMSM was studied. According to the principle of the vector control of PMSM, the simulation model of the closed-loop position controlis established based on the Simulink, and on this basis the optimization model of adding feedforward and differential negative feedback was analyzed. The simulation results show that the developed position servo control algorithm has good control performance with short response time, little overshoot, highpositioning accuracy, etc.
