摘  要:根据大功率绕线式异步电动机轻载、空载运行时功率因数小、运行效率低的特点,探究大功率绕线式异步电动机的调压节能方法。首先,针对当前绕线式异步电动机节能控制方法的不足,提出了一种恒功率因数与最小电流法相结合的分区复用节能控制方法;其次,基于Matlab/Simulink环境搭建了绕线式异步电动机分区复用节能控制系统仿真模型;最后,得出了分区复用控制下绕线式异步电动机功率因数、定子电流变化关系,验证了轻载、空载时异步电动机在分区复用控制下节能控制效果的优越性。ings of energy-saving control method of wound rotor asynchronous motor, a new partition multiplex energysaving control method was proposed based on the combination of constant power factor and minimum current. Secondly, a simulation model of partition multiplex energy-saving system of winding asynchronous motor was developed based on the Matlab/Simulink environment. Finally, the relationship between the power factor and the stator current was obtained under the partition multiplexing control of wound asynchronous motor. It was verified the superiority of energy-saving control by the partition multiplexing control method of asyn- chronous motorwith light load and no-load.
