摘  要:以'沪茄08-1'为材料,采用基质栽培方式,研究了外源6-BA对镉(Cd)胁迫下茄子幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、光合特性和内源激素含量的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,Cd胁迫显著抑制了茄子幼苗生长,降低了叶绿素a(Chl a)、叶绿素b(Chl b)、叶绿素a+b(Chl a+b)的含量,净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)以及细胞分裂素(CTK)、生长素(IAA)含量、CTK/ABA和IAA/ABAL比值也有所降低;提高了胞间CO_2浓度(Ci)和脱落酸(ABA)含量,Cd胁迫时间越长,浓度越大,变化越显著。在Cd胁迫下,外源6-BA显著降低了茄子幼苗Ci和ABA含量,提高了Chl a、Chl b、Chl a+b含量vPn、Gs、IAA和CTK含量以及CTK/ABA、IAA/ABA比值。可见,外源6-BA处理通过提高Cd胁迫下茄子幼苗叶绿素含量、光合作用和激素含量,降低Cd胁迫对植物的损伤,促进植物生长。The effects of exogenous 6-BA on the growth,chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic characteristics and endogenous hormone contents of eggplant( Solanum melongena L.) seedlings of ’ Huqie 08-1 ’ by subtrates culture method were studied under cadmium stress. The results showed that compared with the control,the plant growth, chlorophyll a(Chi a) content, chlorophyll b(Chi b) content, total chlorophyll a + b( Chi a + b) content, the photosynthetic rate(Pn),stomatal conductance( Gs), transpiration rate( Tr),cytokinins( CTK) and indoleacetic acid(IAA) content, the ratio of CTK/ABA and IAA/ABA of eggplant seedling significantly decreased, while intercellular CO2 concentration( Ci),abscisic acid( ABA) content significantly increased under cadmium stress.The longer the treatment time, the higher the Cd concentration, the greater the change. Under cadmium stress,exogenous 6-BA significantly dececreased Ci, ABA content,while Chi a content,Chi b content,Chl a + b content,Pn,Gs,Tr,contents of CTK and IAA,the ratio of CTK/ABA and IAA/ABA significantly increased. The results suggested that exogenous 6-BA played an important role in enhancing the resistance to cadmium stress of eggplant seedlings and elevated the tolerance of plants through keeping high chlorophyll content, photosynthesis and hormone content.
