摘 要:根据可靠度理论确定轻型木结构齿板连接抗剪承载力设计指标时,需先确定其概率分布。选择轻型木结构连接普遍使用的一种国产齿板及北美二级SPF规格材,进行了五个角度的齿板连接抗剪承载力试验;并以两种分布拟合检验方法,结合残差平方和分析。结果显示,齿板连接抗剪承载力的概率分布为对数正态分布,通过参数估算和分布检验,最终确定均值与标准值的比值K及其变异系数,为后续可靠度分析和确定设计值提供依据。According to reliability theory, probability distribution must be first understood to determine shear strength design values of metal-plate-connected joints. The authors conducted a shear strength test on five connecting angles of specimens composed of widely used domestic metal-plates and second grade SPF dimensional lumber from North America. The testing data were analyzed by distribution fitting methods combined with sum of squared residual analysis. The test results showed normal logarithmic shear strength distribution for the metal-plate-connected joints. Finally, using ratios of mean values and standard values, "K" were determined for reference for further analysis of reliability and determination of design values.
