摘 要:10 kV小电阻接地系统中配电线路采用零序保护切除接地故障,简单可靠,但也存在对高阻接地故障灵敏度不足,难以检测的问题。针对此,在分析配电线路高阻接地故障特征的基础上,对故障期间的主要电气暂态量和稳态量进行比较,提出在小电阻接地系统中可通过研发基于稳态基波的保护算法来解决高阻接地检测,并且认为该保护算法实用的关键是其可靠性,应着重解决开口三角电压、零序电流精度、负荷电流等因素影响的问题。初步分析结果表明稳态量算法能解决990Ω以内的高阻接地检测问题。It is simple and reliable to adopt zero-sequence protection to clear off grounding fauttof 10 kV small resistance grounding system, but there is a problem of insufficient sensitivity to high resistance groundingfault which is hard to be detected. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing features of distribution lines, this paper compares main electric transient state and steady state quantities during the fautt poses to develop a protection algorithm based on steady state fundamental wave to solve the problem of high resistancegrounding detection for the small resistance grounding system , and it also considers the actual key reliability which means to solve problems of influence of open triangle voltage , precision of zero-sequence current , load cur-rent ,and so on. The initial analysis resutt indicates that this algorithm can solve the problem high resistance less than 900Ω.
