摘　　要：后备人才的培养质量直接关乎我国体育运动项目的发展,本文采用文献资料等研究方法,对当前我国冬季运动后备人才培养现状及其存在问题进行了分析,研究发现:我国冬季运动后备人才培养存在重训轻教、重体轻育、教练员整体素质不高、保障体系薄弱、后备人才数量不足的问题。针对以上问题,从建立完善的后备人才选拔、培养、发展、输送体制;完善运动员保障制度,吸引后备人才;建立教练员选拔与再提高制度;发展"北冰南展",推进"体教结合"的方法入手,加强我国冬季运动后备人才的培养,从而保障我国冬季运动项目的持续发展。The training quality of talents is directly related to the development of sports events in our country.This article uses literature review method to conduct a brief analysis of the present situation of the cultivation of Chinese winter sports reserve talents and the existing problems,so as to provide reference for the cultivation of reserve talents of winter sports of China and its development.The study found that,at present our winter sports reserve talent training 'attached to the training and despise teaching','attached to the body and despise education',the overall quality of the coaches is not high and reserve talents shortage.To solve the above problems,several method of strengthening the cultivation of Chinese winter sports reserve talents,such as training,development,transportation system,improve the athlete security system,attract talents,establish the system of selection and improvement of coaches,development of 'North South',and promoting the 'combination' etc.should be utilized,so as to sustain the development of winter sports in China.
