摘  要:随着海峡西岸经济区、海上丝绸之路核心区建设,福建地区围海、围垦造地迎来新一轮发展。福建地区海相淤泥土具有显著的地域特点,即含水率高达60%以上,局部可达80%,普遍高于我国其他沿海地区;沿海滩涂地海产养殖业发达,土壤生物质富营养化对淤泥土性状的影响十分显著,因此,在该地区对深厚超软地基类进行真空联合堆载预压处理时,针对性经验缺乏。本文通过福建地区大面积深厚超软地区填海工程实例分析,综合考虑技术和经济、时间和效益等因素,对深厚超软地基真空预压处理,提出工艺技术参数建设性建议。A new round development has been made in the enclosing seas and reclamation areas of Fujian witli construction of West Coast Economic Zone and core area of Maritime Silk Road. The marine muddy soil in Fujian has remarkable regional characteristics, namely the water content is up to 60% , which can reach 80% locally and is generally higher than other coastal areas in China. Marine aquaculture is developed in coastal wetland. Soil biomass eutropsurprisingly strong role to silt soil properties. Therefore, when vacuum combined pile load preloading processing isimplemented on super-deep soft foundations in the area, the specific experience is deficient. In the paper, technology,economy, time, efficiency and other factors are comprehensively considered through case analysis on reclamation projects in Fujian large area deep super-soft area. Vacuum preloading treatment is implemented on deep super-soft foundation, andtechnology parameter constructive suggestions are put forward.
