摘  要:采用原子荧光法对固定污染源废气中气态总汞进行了测定,并对仪器实验条件进行了试验筛选。在选定的仪器实验条件下,即光电倍增管负高压为230 V、灯电流为15 m A、KBH4浓度为0.5%,载流浓度为5%,汞的质量浓度在1.00~20.0μg/L范围内与荧光强度值呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998;方法检出限为0.108μg/L,测定下限为0.432μg/L;标准样品测定结果均在保证值范围内,相对误差范围为0.47%~5.20%,相对标准偏差RSD%范围为0.73%~5.83%;实际样品测试数据经t检验统计分析,结果显示该方法与标准测定方法的测试结果间无显著差异,且高度相关。Atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine total gaseous mercury in stationary pollution source. The apparatus and experimental conditions were selected. The apparatus and experimental conditions were that negative high voltage was 230 V,lamp current was 15 m A,concentration of KBH4 was 0. 5%,concentration of current-carrying was 5%. When the mass concentration of mercury within the scope of 1. 00 ~ 20. 0 μg/L,the mercury content had nice linear relation with the fluorescence intensity. The detection limit of this method was0. 108 μg/L,and lower limit of detection was 0. 432 μg/L. The determined results of the standard samples were within the scope,and the relative error range was 0. 47% ~ 5. 20%,the relative standard deviation range was0. 73% ~ 5. 83%. The determined data of the actual samples were statistic analyzed by t-test. The results was that the data of the two determined methods had no significant variation,which was high correlative.
