摘　　要：目的编制用于评估孕晚期妇女胎动自我监测健康信念的调查问卷并检验其信效度。方法通过结构式访谈,结合理论研究和文献回顾,筛选和编写条目,初步形成问卷。通过专家咨询法评价问卷内容效度和条目表述,对问卷进行预调查以调整条目顺序和表达。方便抽取上海市2所三级甲等医院产科病房产后妇女进行回顾性调查,对回收的227份有效数据进行问卷项目分析,检验其结构效度、内部一致性信度和重测信度。结果问卷各条目内容效度为0.800~1.000,总体为0.952,项目分析显示条目鉴别度高。探索性因子分析析出5个公因子,累积解释方差变异量62.550%。各维度Cronbachα系数为0.424~0.932,问卷总体为0.860;各维度重测信度在0.799~0.957,总体为0.925。结论孕晚期妇女胎动自我监测健康信念问卷信效度较好,可作为孕晚期妇女胎动自我监测健康行为相关研究的测评工具。Objective To develop a survey instrument to evaluate pregnant women ＇s health belief of fetal movement counting in the third trimester and test its validity and reliability. Methods Initial items of the questionnaire were developed after literature review and structured interview within a combined framework of Theory of Planned Behavior and Health Belief Model. Delphi method was used to determine the content validity of the items and pilot survey was conducted to adjust item order and the expression. The survey was conducted in obstetric wards in 2 Class Ⅲ GradeⅠ hospitals in Shanghai using a convenient sampling. Data collected from 227 postpartum women were used to test the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Results Item-level content validity index ranged from 0.800 to 1.000, and the scale-level content validity index was 0.952. Item analysis suggested each item distinguished well. Exploratory factor analysis identified 5 factors and explained for 62.550%of the variances. The Cronbach Alpha coefficients of subscales ranged from 0.424 to 0.932, and the total coefficient was 0.860. The test-retest reliability ranged from 0.799 to 0.957, and the total reliability was 0.925. Conclusion The questionnaire has been proved to be reliable and valid, and can be used as a research instrument to explore the health-related behavior of fetal movement counting.
