两种不同糖化血红蛋白测定方法的评价

摘  要:目的:评价ultra2全自动糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)分析仪和NycoCard Reader Ⅱ型多功能全定量金标检测仪检测HbAlc的可行性。方法:严格依据两种方法的操作流程,分别测定相应的HbA1c质控物,并同时用两种方法测定45例标本,观察两种方法的重复性、相关性。结果:两种方法批内及批间CV均小于3%,相关回归分析:y=0.967x+0.131,R^2=0.942。结论:两种方法精密度均高,且相关性好,系统误差属临床可接受水平,具有可比性。ultra2全自动HbAlc分析仪具有机械化程度高,适合大批量标本,NycoCard Reader Ⅱ分析仪操作简便、快速,适合小批量标本。Objective: To evaluate feasibility of glycosylated hemoglobin( HbAlc) detection by using ultra2 full-automatic HbAlc analyzer and Nyco Card Reader Ⅱ multi-function analyzer. Methods: The corresponding HbAlc controls were detected by using the ultra2 full-automatic HbAlc analyzer and Nyco Card Reader Ⅱ multi-function analyzer according to theit operation manuals rigorously. Then,45 specimens were detected. Finally,the reproducibility and correlation of the two methods were observed. Results: The coefficient variances( CVs) of intra-batches and inter-batches precisions were both below 3%. The result of correlation analysis showed y = 0.967 x+0.131,R~2 = 0.942. Conclusions: Both of the two methods have high precisions and have significant correlations between them. The precisions and systematic errors detected by the two methods both meet the clinical requirement and comparable. Moreover,the ultra2 full-automatic HbAlc analyzer has a high mechanized performance and is applicanle for the multitudinous detection,while the Nyco Card Reader Ⅱ multi-function analyzer has simple and fast operating steps and is suitable for small specimens.
