摘 要:化工原理实验能够巩固和强化所学的化工原理课程的理论知识,并且培养和提高学生分析解决工程实际问题的能力.流体流动阻力测定实验作为其中的常见课题,其实验数据处理过程繁琐,图示过程较多,手工处理实验数据较麻烦且误差较大,难以达到较好的实验教学目的.MATLAB是一种高性能数值计算的科学计算语言,具有将数值计算和可视化集于一体、语言简洁灵活、数值稳定性好、内部函数丰富的特点.以流体流动阻力测定实验过程为例,简要阐明了MATLAB数值计算的高效性和实用性以及强大的运算与图形表达功能在化工原理实验中的应用.The chemical engineering principle experiment can consolidate and strengthen the theoretical knowledge of the course of chemical engineering, and cultivate and improve students , ability to analyze and solve practical problems. Fluid flow resistance test as one of the common problems, the experimental data processing is cumbersome and complicated, and manual processing of data causes more trouble and greater error, so it is difficult to achieve a better experimental teaching purpose. MATLAB is a high-per for -mance scientific computing language, with the features of numerical calculation and visualization in one, simple and flexible language, numerical stability, and rich internal functions. In this paper, the experimental study of fluid flow resistance is taken as an example, the efficiency and practicability of numerical calculation of the MATLAB and its powerful operation and graphical representation in chemical engineering experiment are briefly described.
