摘　　要：由于高水平的排球队建设必然会经历一个长期的发展过程,因此有必要构建一套系统的排球队建设评价体系.结合地方高校排球队建设中存在的问题,从五项指标权重分布切入分析现状,通过数理统计法与逻辑分析形成一套有效、可行的多元主体评价机制,为高校排球队的可持续发展提供理论依据.Because of the high level of volleyball team construction must experience a long- term development process, so it is neces -sary to build a perfect evaluation system. This study combines the chronic problems which exist in the construction of volleyball team in local colleges and analysis of present situation from five indicators. We formed a set of effective multi-objective evaluation mecha-nism through mathematical statistics method and logical analysis, which provides theoretical basis for the sustainable development of college volleyball team.
