摘  要:以阴离子交换树脂D301为载体、酸性磷酸酯P507为萃取剂制备了P507/D301浸渍树脂.采用扫描电镜和热重分析对制备的浸渍树脂进行了表征.考察了溶液p H值、萃取时间对吸附性能的影响.通过饱和法和等摩尔系列法考察了浸渍树脂在硫酸介质中吸附铟(Ⅲ)的机理.实验结果表明:所得浸渍树脂在硫酸介质中吸附铟(Ⅲ)的最佳pH值为2.0;298 K条件下吸附平衡时间为14 h,1 mol·L^(-1)的HCl能够有效的洗脱吸附后浸渍树脂中的铟(Ⅲ).浸渍树脂在硫酸介质中吸附过程是阳离子交换的过程.P507/D 301 impregnated resin with anion exchange resin ( D 301 ) as the matrix and acidic phosphate ester P507 as the extractant were prepared to absorb indium(III) form H2SO4 solutions. The impreg-nated resin were characterized by scanning electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis. The effect of pH values and extraction time on adsorption was studied. A n d the adsorption mechanism of the sample for indi-um (III) in sulfuric acid was investigated by using saturation capacity method and constant molecular series method. It was shown that the optimal pH for indium(III) with impregnated resin were 2.0. The time of equi-librium adsorption of indium(III) was 14 h at 298 K . The indium(III) loaded on impregnated resin could be eluted effectively with 1. 0 mol · L^-1 hydrochloric acid solution. The process of impregnated resin adsorption in sulfuric acid is contributed to action exchange.
