腹腔镜与康妇消炎栓直肠用药对盆腔粘连及慢性盆腔痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析与探讨腹腔镜与康妇消炎栓直肠用药对盆腔粘连及慢性盆腔痛的疗效。方法:选取2014年1月~2015年6月某院妇科收治的拟行腹腔镜手术的盆腔粘连患者86例,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。观察组腹腔镜手术后第1d即开始直肠应用康妇消炎栓,总疗程3个月;对照组只进行腹腔镜手术而不应用康妇消炎栓。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对疼痛情况进行评估观察,并评价两组患者术后3、6、12个月后的有效率和显效率。结果:通过随访,3月、6月和12月时观察组的疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有显著性统计学意义;观察组的术后3月、6月、12月有效率分别为76.7%、81.4%和88.4%,显效率分别为46.5%、53.5%和55.8%,均明显高于对照组。结论:腹腔镜与康妇消炎栓直肠用药可有效治疗盆腔粘连和缓解慢性盆腔疼痛。Objective:To analyze and Discuss the effect of rectal administration of laparoscope and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the treatment of pelvic adhesion and chronic pelvic pain.Methods:86 cases of patients with pelvic adhesion who underwent laparoscopic surgery from January 2014 to June 2015 in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.On the first day after the laparoscopic operation,the observation group was treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository,with a total course of 3 months.Control group was only performed laparoscopic surgery without the use of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository.A visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain situation,the postoperative efficiency and the obvious effective rate of two groups were evaluated after 3,6,12 months.Results:By follow-up,the pain scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after 3,6,12 months(P<0.05);After 3,6,12 months,the effective rate of observation group was 76.7%,81.4% and 88.4% respectively,and the significant efficiency was46.5%,53.5% and 55.8% respectively,which were significantly higher than those of control group.Conclusion:laparoscope and Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository can effectively cure pelvic adhesions and relieve chronic pelvic pain.
