甲亢合并病毒性肝炎的临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨甲亢合并病毒性肝炎的临床症状特点以及治疗方案。方法:选择某院肝病科在2015年1月~2015年8月收治的甲亢合并病毒性肝炎58名患者为研究对象,将患者随机分成两组,对照组采用单一常规性的治疗,实验组采用甲亢联合病毒性肝炎的药物治疗方法,观察两组患者的甲状腺机能恢复情况以及肝脏功能的恢复情况。结果:通过本次的临床实验治疗可以发现,单一治疗病毒性肝炎的方法对于患者的甲状腺机能亢进症状并没有改善,而使用联合药物治疗的方式,患者的甲亢症状有所缓解,肝脏功能也有所恢复,有效地避免了患者其他并发症的出现。结论:只有同时联合抗甲状腺机能亢进药物进行治疗,才能够有效地缓解甲亢合并病毒性肝炎患者的病症,提高临床治疗效果,让患者能够早日恢复正常的工作生活。Objective:To investigate the clinical features and therapeutic regimen of hyperthyroidism complicated with viral hepatitis.Methods:58 patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with viral hepatitis admit-ted in a hospital from January 2015 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given drug therapy for hyperthyroidism combined with viral hepatitis,then the recovery of thyroid function and liver function of two groups was observed.Results:Through this clinical trial treatment,it could be found that a single method for the treatment of viral hepatitis did not improve the symptoms of hyperthyroidism in the patients,while the use of joint drug treatment,the patients' hyperthyroidism symptoms had eased,and the liver function had also been restored,effectively avoiding the occurrence of other complications.Conclusion:Only the combination of anti hyperthyroidism drugs for treatment,can effectively alleviate the patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with viral hepatitis disease,improve the clinical treatment effect,and make patients soon return to normal working life.
