苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀对高血压的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究并分析治疗高血压患者时使用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀的效果。方法:收集高血压患者共64例,根据随机分配方案将其分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例),对照组的治疗药物为苯磺酸氨氯地平,观察组则联合使用阿托伐他汀,将两组临床疗效、高血压相关并发症发生率进行观察和对比。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率与对照组相比,差异显著;就高血压相关并发症发生率而言,观察组显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:在高血压患者的治疗过程中,苯磺酸氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀能够使患者得到更加确切的治疗效果,并降低相关并发症的发生风险,值得推广应用。Objective:To study and analyze the effect of amlodipine besylate tablet combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods:64 patients with hypertension were divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to the randomization scheme.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablet combined with atorvastatin,then the clinical efficacy and the incidence of hypertension related complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group.The incidence of hypertension-related complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hypertensive patients can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the risk of complications,which is worthy of application and promotion.
