JCI标准结合6S管理法在儿科病区备用药品安全管理中的作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于JCI标准联合6S管理法在儿科病区备用药品管理、规范管理措施、提高护理人员的安全用药及工作能力的作用。方法:由质控组检查某院儿科病区2013年1月~2014年1月备用药品管理情况并做出相应的整理和记录,应用JCI国际医院评审标准,结合6S管理法对备用药品进行合理规范的管理,对比管理前后的效果及对护理人员工作能力提高的作用。结果:管理后按贮存条件摆放、分类存储、有效期管理、双人复核、备用药品清单较管理前合格率高(P<0.05);管理前护理人员取药时间为(5.17±0.74)min,管理后护理人员取药时间为(1.48±0.42)min,对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:儿科JCI标准下结合6S的管理措施可有效提高病区备用药品安全管理和护理工作效率。Objective:To discuss the effect of managing standby drugs in the pediatric ward,standardizing the management measures,and improving the safe drug use and the working ability of nurses based on the JCI standard and the 6 S method.Methods:The management of spare drugs in a pediatric ward of a hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 was checked by the quality control group,and accordingly collated and recorded.The JCI international hospital evaluation standard was used,and the 6 Smanagement method was used to regulate the reserve medicine reasonably.The effect and the improvement of the work ability of nursing staff before and after the management were compared.Results:After the management,the pass rate of placed according to the storage conditions,classification storage,effective management,double check,the list of standby drugs were higher than those before the management(P<0.05);The time of taking medicine before the management was(5.17±0.74)min,and the time taken by the nurses after administration was(1.48±0.42)min,which the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:JCI standards combined with 6 Smanagement measures can effectively improve the safety management and nursing efficiency of spare drugs in wards.
