摘  要:为进一步开发植物源胃毒剂、生产出环境友好型的低毒高效农药应用于生产,将不同浓度的夹竹桃叶片提取物处理斜纹夜蛾,测定其对斜纹夜蛾生长发育、存活率、雌雄比例及产卵量的影响。结果表明:浓度为0.380g/mL的夹竹桃叶片提取物对幼虫存活率、化蛹率、羽化率、生长发育、雌雄比例及产卵量均起抑制作用,而浓度为0.095g/mL和0.024g/mL的则起促进作用。The growing development,survival rate,female-male ratio and egg laying amount of P.lituratreated with ethanol extract with different concentration from N.indicumleaves were determined to further develop botanical stomach poison and produce environment friendly pesticides with low toxicity and high efficiency for agricultural production.Results:The N.indicumethanol extract with 0.380g/mL concentration has the inhibition effect on survival rate,pupation rate,emergence rate,growing development,female-male ratio and egg laying amount of P.litura larvae but the N.indicum ethanol extract with 0.095g/mL and 0.024g/mL concentration has the promotion effect on the above-mentioned biological characters of P.litura.
