摘　　要：电力系统的建设和扩大规模时需要兼顾均衡地利用电网中的电气设备,充分发挥已有资产的价值。本文以社会发展及电网建设裕度、配变供电半径情况、不同运行方式下的设备容载比等影响因素为基础,提出考虑配电网安全和运行方式的设备综合利用率指标和计算方法。通过设备综合利用率指标的分析并结合电网运行的薄弱环节的约束,提出一种考虑设备利用率的电网扩建改造方法,并给出了求解流程。该方法考虑配电网不同的运行状态和负荷情况,同时追求高效利用每个元件设备和尽可能均衡地利用所有元件设备。以某地配电网为例进行分析,验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。When a power system is constructed or expanded,it is necessary to keep a balance when making use of allthe electrical equipment to give full play to the values of existing assets. Based on the factors such as social develop-ment,grid construction margin,distribution power supply radius and the equipment capacity ratios in different opera-tion modes,an index of comprehensive utilization ratio and its calculation method are proposed considering the safetyand operation mode of distribution network. Through the analysis of the comprehensive equipment utilization ratio andthe restriction at the weak links in the power grid operation,a method of power grid expansion and reconstruction is pro-posed,and the solution procedure is also given. This method considers different operation conditions and load conditionsof the distribution network,while seeking an efficient use of each component device and keeping a balance when makingthe possible use of all the power equipment. A power distribution network in one certain region is used as an example,which verifies the practicability and effectiveness of the proposed method.
