摘 要:为了更好地评判断路器长期通流能力,提高10 k V断路器运行的可靠性,对系统中普遍采用的且运行若干年限的10 k V真空断路器进行试验研究和技术分析。介绍了温升试验的原理,并搭建了温升试验原理图;通过温升试验测试手段检测断路器的通流能力,对13台断路器的测温进行试验仿真,并生成温升曲线对比图。通过温升试验得到的数据能更好地评判断路器的长期通流能力,为判断10 k V断路器运行的可靠性提供借鉴。In order to evaluate the long-term flow capacity of the circuit breaker and to improve the reliability of 10 k V circuit breaker operation,this paper has carried on the experimental research and the technical analysis on 10 k V vacuum circuit breaker. It is commonly used in the system and it runs for several years. Firstly,the principle of temperature rise test is introduced and the temperature rise test principle is built. Secondly,the flow rate of the circuit breaker is tested by means of temperature rise test and the temperature of 13 circuit breakers are simulated. Finally,it is concluded that the temperature of the C-phase lower contact of the A-phase upper end of the No. 1 circuit breaker. The C-phase contact of No. 12 circuit breaker is slightly larger than 80 ℃. The remaining circuit breakers temperature monitoring temperature is maintained below 80 ℃,which is much lower than the standard requirements. The temperature rise experiment can judge the long-term flow capacity of the circuit breakerbetter. It determines the reliability of 10 k V circuit breaker operation helpfully.
