摘  要:铀钼矿石在粉碎、拌酸后需要在料仓中加热至85℃,以便提高铀钼金属元素的浸出效率和回收率。对堆浸铀钼矿加热系统进行研究,利用ANSYS Workbench中的design modeler建立三维模型,并用ICEM CFD软件对其进行网格划分,在计算流体动力学软件FLUENT中采用多孔介质模型对矿石颗粒加热过程中的温度场均匀性和速度场分布进行非稳态数值模拟,分析了料仓中温度上升过程和分布情况。Uranium molybdenum ore needs to be heated to 85 degree in the silo after crushing and mixing acid,so as to improve the leaching efficiency and recovery rate of uranium molybdenum metal elements. This paper focuses on the research of heap leaching of uranium molybdenum heating system,the establishment of 3 D mesh model and ICEM CFD software using ANSYS Workbench in design modeler,the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is adopted in the process of heating the ore particles in the temperature field and velocity field distribution uniformity of the porous medium model of non steady numerical simulation,analysis the process and distribution of temperature rise in the bunker.
