COPD肺肾气虚证患者穴位贴敷最佳时长的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三伏贴不同贴敷时长对COPD肺肾气虚证患者皮肤刺激、肺功能、临床症状积分及BODE指数的影响,寻找出患者穴位贴敷最佳的安全持续时间,为穴位贴敷有效性及安全性的规范化研究提供临床依据。方法将68例COPD肺肾气虚证患者随机分为2组,分别为4 h组(三伏贴穴位贴敷时长为4 h)和6 h组(三伏贴穴位贴敷时长为6 h),观察2组患者穴位贴敷前后皮肤反应、肺功能和临床症状积分、BODE指数等指标的变化。结果 2组患者穴位贴敷干预前后肺功能比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);4 h组皮肤反应得分、临床症状积分、BODE指数均低于6 h组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三伏贴穴位贴敷4 h较贴敷6 h对患者皮肤反应的影响小,且临床疗效优于6 h组。Objective To discuss the influence of different lengths of time of acupoint sticking of dog-days paste on skin irritation,pulmonary function, clinical symptom score and BODE index in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） of QI deficiency type of lung and kidney, to find out the best duration of acupoint sticking and to provide clinical basis for the efficacy and safety of acupoint sticking. Methods Sixty-eight cases of COPD patients of QI deficiency type of lung and kidney were randomly divided into group A with 4 h acupoint sticking of dog-days paste and group B with 6 h. The changes of skin reaction, pulmonary function and clinical symptom score and BODE index in 2 groups were observed before and after acupoint application. Results Pulmonary function in 2 groups had no significant difference before and after the intervention（ P〉0.05） but the score of skin reaction and clinical symptom and BODE index in group A were lower than those in group B and there was significant difference between 2 groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint sticking of dog-days paste with 4 h has less influence on patients ’ skin and better clinical efficiency.
