资源型城市的循环经济发展模式研究——以淮南市为例

摘　　要：资源型城市是伴随着矿产资源的发现和采掘而发展起来的,对单一的矿产资源较为倚重,具有高消耗、高排放、低效率的特征,最终造成环境污染、资源短缺和生态破坏。基于循环经济原则和发展模式,论述了循环经济对资源型城市发展起到的导向作用,以淮南市为例对煤炭城市发展循环经济加以可行性分析,最后给出具体的发展建议。Resource-based cities develop with the discovery and exploitation of mineral resources,so they mainly depend on single mineral resources.They have some terrible characteristics such as high consumption,high emission,low efficiency,eventually leading to environmental pollution,shortage of resources and ecological destruction.Based on the principle of circular economy and the development model,this paper expounds the guiding role of circular economy in the development of resource-based cities.Taking Huainan city as an example,this paper demonstrates the feasibility of developing circular economy in coal cities,and finally gives specific suggestions for the development of circular economy.
