摘 要:针对BaTiO_3基PTC陶瓷烧结难的问题,采用传统固相合成法制备粉体,用不同的烧结保温时间,探讨了烧结工艺对瓷体电性能参数的影响。利用XRD和SEM分析了样品的物相和微观形貌,并测试了电阻-温度(R-T)曲线和电流-电压(V-I)曲线。实验结果表明:随着烧结保温时间的延长,样品的室温电阻增大,升阻比(Rmax/Rmin)降低,当烧结温度为1260℃保温30min时,制得了瓷体晶粒约5μm、居里温度Tc为191℃、室温电阻R25为800Ω、升阻比为8.62×10~3、耐压值Vb为1032V、最大突入电流I_(max)为0.988A的性能优良的PTC陶瓷材料。In order to solve the problem of difficult sintering of BaTiO3-based PTC ceramics,the powder was prepared by the traditional solid-state reaction method,and the effects of sintering process on the electrical properties of the ceramics were investigated with different sintering holding time.XRD and SEM were used to study the phases and micrographs,and the resistance-temperature curves and voltage-current curves were measured.The results indicate that with prolonging sintering time,room-temperature resistance of samples increases,the resistance jump ratio(Rmax/Rmin)decreases when the sintering temperature is 1260 ℃for 30 min,the ceramic grain is about 5μm,Curie temperature(Tc)is 191 ℃,the room-temperature resistance(R25)is 800Ω,the resistance jump ratio is 8.62×10^3,the breakdown voltage(Vb)is 1032 V,the maximum current(Imax) is 0.988 Afor PTC ceramic material with excellent performance.
