微创弹性髓内钉内固定治疗大龄儿童锁骨骨折18例

摘　　要：目的:观察弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童锁骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:2012年10月—2017年1月,运用弹性髓内钉对18例大龄儿童锁骨骨折患者行微创手术内固定,术后3月随访时对患肩关节进行Neer功能评分。结果:治疗后随访6~9月,平均随防时间7.8月,患儿骨折均骨性愈合,无皮肤激惹反应,无弹性钉松动及断裂现象;术后3月肩关节Neer功能评分,平均为91.2分;术后3~6月取出髓内钉,术后肩关节活动良好。结论:弹性髓内钉治疗大龄儿童锁骨骨折具有切口小、骨折固定可靠、骨折愈合好等优点,是治疗大龄儿童锁骨骨折的一种有效方法。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of clavicle fractures in elder children.Methods： Since the October 2012 to January 2017,18 elder children with clavicular fracture were treated with minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nailing. Neer function score after 3 months follow up. Results： All patients were followed up for 6 - 9 months,with an average duration of 7. 8 months,osseous healing of fracture,no soft tissue irritation,no loosening and breakage of elastic nails; the average score of shoulder joint function neer score was 91. 2 after 3 months. The intramedullary nail was removed at 3 - 6 month,and the shoulder function was well. Conclusion： Elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with clavicular fracture has the advantages of small incision,reliable fixation,better fracture healing,and so on.
