改良式易筋经在颈型颈椎病康复护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察改良式易筋经对颈型颈椎病患者康复护理的疗效。方法:采用随机对照试验的方法,将纳入试验的180例患者随机分为观察组、对照组及空白组。空白组采取常规治疗无护理干预;对照组采用常规治疗及护理方法;观察组在常规治疗及护理方法上加改良式易筋经锻炼,并于治疗前、治疗一个疗程(每疗程为10日,2疗程相隔1日)时以及治疗后分别以颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分比较。结果:观察组症状改善明显,颈椎功能障碍指数评分改善明显优于对照组及空白组,组间差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率85%,空白组总有效率76.67%,三组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改良式易筋经配合常规护理能明显改善颈型颈椎病患者临床症状,提高疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of modified muscle-bone strengthening exercise on rehabilitation nursing of patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods： 180 patients were randomly divided into the observation group,the control group and the blank group by the randomized controlled trial. The blank group was treated with conventional therapy without nursing intervention; the control group with routine treatment and nursing methods; the observation group in the conventional treatment and nursing methods with improved muscle-bone strengthening exercise exercise,prior to treatment,the one treatment courses（ each course was 10 days,two courses for one day） and after treatment with cervical dysfunction index table（ NDI） score. Results： The symptoms of the observation group were improved obviously,and the improvement of the cervical dysfunction index score was better than that of the control group and the blank group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 96. 67% in the treatment group and 85% in the control group. The total effective rate in the blank group was 76. 67%,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The modified muscle-bone strengthening exercise in combination with routine nursing can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,improve the curative effect.
