中药有效组分与逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药功能关联规律探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究中药有效组分与逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药(MDR)功能的关联性规律。方法:通过查阅中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBA)、万方数据库、维普全文数据库和Pubmed数据库,以2015版《中国药典》一部中的580味中药为研究对象,筛选出与逆转MDR相关的文献报道进行归纳、总结和分析。结果:查阅到的580味中药中有107味中药被报道与逆转肿瘤细胞MDR的功能相关。其中,黄酮类占35味,生物碱类占21味,萜类占15味,皂苷占11味,苯丙素类占10味,醌类占4味,其他占10味。结论:中药有效组分与逆转肿瘤细胞MDR功能之间具有一定的相关性。Objective： In order to study the correlation of Effective Component of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the function of reversing multidrug resistance of tumor cells. Methods： This paper took the 580 kinds of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Chinese Medicine Pharmacopoeia 2015 as the research object. After searched the CNKI,CBA,Wanfang,VIP,and Pub Med,screening the documents related to the reversal of MDR to summarized and analyzed. Results： The research showed that a total of 107 species Chinese herbal medicine had been reported to be associated with reversal of MDR. Among them,flavonoids accounted for 35 kinds,alkaloids accounted for 21 kinds,terpenoids accounted for 15 kinds,saponins accounted for 11 kinds,phenylpropanoid accounted for 10 kinds,quinone accounted for 4 kinds,the other accounted for the 10 kinds. Conclusion： There is a certain correlation between the effective component of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the reversion of tumor cells MDR function.
